Tried to find Text to Speech software, but nothing good.
I've tried SmartRead from China, but it read word by word.
the best one I've tried is from ITRI, but there's only online version, no SAPI on market yet.
the second one is from NTU. the advantage is they also support Taiwanese.

但是有些偏遠地方 或者地址寫法不同時 或地址找不到時會有問題

所以我另外查了兩個地址轉經緯度的source
